What Makes Us Human?
The Annual Summer School

Each August, beginning in 2026, the Hinternet Foundation will host a summer school exploring different aspects of the fundamental question: What makes us human? We will approach this question from novel and unexpected angles. Our inaugural summer school will take place in Dordogne and will be focused on Art and Cognition in the Paleolithic. Subsequent summer schools will be held in France, Greece, and the United States. Whatever the topic, our purpose will be to foster  intellectual rigor with an environment conducive to imagination and exchange.
